Read this licensing agreement carefully before downloading/using the software product; obtaining the product indicates acceptance of this agreement.

This software is the property of the authors and James Madison University, and is protected by copyright law. As a result, all title, interest, rights, and copyright associated with any part of this product are retained solely by the authors and James Madison University.

This agreement between you and James Madison University grants you a permanent, free-of-charge, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use this version of the product with the following additional stipulations:

Use of the product within any academic or commercial publication will be properly cited and acknowledged. Academic references that follow style requirements of the American Psychological Association should take the following form: Hall, M. D. & Redpath, T. (2016). [Computer software]. While this license grants permission for you to modify the product for your own personal use, modified versions of the product shall not be shared or distributed without obtaining prior written consent from the authors.

The product is provided AS IS without any warranty of error-free operation. However, the authors will provide product support for the life of the product and will consider requests (via e-mail to the laboratory director) to modify it to improve its intended use. When reporting a problem, users should reference both their machine and operating system details, along with a detailed description of the concern.

No other warrantees, either express or implied, are provided with this license. Acceptance of this license means that the user agrees that he/she will hold neither the authors nor James Madison University responsible for any costs, damages, fees, or any other liability arising from obtaining or using this product.

The user may be prompted once for his/her name and e-mail address just prior to downloading the product. If so, that information will be retained only for product registration purposes and so that the user can be notified of product updates as they become available. Contact information will be securely stored and will never be shared or distributed for any purposes unless specifically required by law.

This is considered a product in development. As a result, this license agreement, including royalty-free use, is limited solely to the obtained version of the product and does not extend to any possible future commercial release.
