The I’m Determined Center offers a variety of supports related to increasing and enhancing self-determination skills for youth with disabilities. Virginia educators should submit this form when seeking assistance with self-determination topics, the student-led IEP process, use of I'm Determined Resources, or any of the other supports described below.
The options below are available to request. Please note that the longer-term levels of support (i.e., Launchpad, Space Station) will also include supports from shorter-term levels of support. The examples shown below are not an all-inclusive list, but rather a way to demonstrate the unique features of each type of support.
Researchers, family members, state agency representatives, advocacy centers, and other stakeholders who wish to collaborate with the I'm Determined Center may also complete this form.
