The I’m Determined Center offers a variety of supports related to increasing and enhancing self-determination skills for youth with disabilities in the Commonwealth of Virginia. 

Virginia educators should submit this form when seeking assistance with self-determination topics, the student-led IEP process, use of I'm Determined Resources, or other supports related to self-determination.

Researchers, family members, state agency representatives, advocacy centers, and other interested parties who wish to collaborate with the I'm Determined Center may also complete this form.
