The JMU College of Business houses several event spaces within Hartman Hall and Zane Showker Hall.  These spaces are open for use upon approval.  Please fill out the following request form to be submitted for review.  You will receive an email concerning your requested event as soon as a decision is made.  You may be contacted for further detailed information.  

Due to high volume of events, please get your requests in as early in the planning process as possible and with as much detail as you can.

Some requests will take 1-4 business days to review. During our busiest time, requests submitted during March 16-April 20th may take longer to review.

The Hartman Hall, 4th floor Oculus event space is offline indefinitely.  Thank you!
